Learn the details of the oilseed supply/value chain from plant growth to extracted crude oil, protein and fiber.
Method: The unit operations of oilseed harvesting, transportation, and oil extraction are presented in detail. Case studies involving the major oilseeds are included to enrich the learning experience.
